Cajun Remoulade Recipe * 1 cup mayo (freshly made if you can) * 1/4 cup creole mustard - OR coarse ground mustard with a healthy shake of cayenne pepper added to make it spicy like creole mustard * 1 TBSP horseradish paste * 1 TBSP sugar * 1 TBSP minced pickles (I prefer bread & butter but you can use whatever you like!) * 2 TBSP minced green onion * 2 TBSP minced celery * 2 TBSP minced parsley * 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced * Squeeze of fresh lemon juice * dash of olive oil * splash of Worc
