Here is how I made my diy bed canopy in a few easy steps. This was the first time I tried making one of these so I tried to make it as easy as possible and document the process Supplies: - fabric ( I used 5 48 x 90 curtains that I reconstructed for the canopy - Pine Common boards. For a king bed I used 4 1 x 4 x 8 pieces. The common board is great because it's super light weight so you don't have to worry about bracing the canopy to the ceiling for added support - Screw gun, screws and wood glue
