May 17, 2020 · I got 4 Rebel Clash packs from target today and all 4 had the rare and reverse cards taken out and the pack was resealed with a super sticky wax. I've seen that before, definitely resealed. Targets and Walmarts are the usual places where repacks happen. That was very unfortunate.
