I've been through the website trouble shooting, uninstalled, re-installed (several times) left messages on website, left complaints on website (no contact returned from HP!).

I called HP and was given an 0906 number, after much waiting and listening to bad music for 5 minutes they said they would send me a quote. According to them it would either cost £22 if they can troubleshoot it over the phone, or £175 if I have to send it back to them!

My printer is a HP PSC 2410 Photosmart all-in-one and the cartridge is Tesco's version of the Number 56 cartridge. I've replaced my colour one with the tesco one with no problems in the past so I'm totally baffled by this.

WEBOct 28, 2020 · The second is an A4 inkjet photo printer and its 6 cartridges have been replaced with a reservoir system... it looks a bit clunky, colour reproduction isnt perfect but is reasonable enough and it churns out a good number of photos for the Mrs to use but does seem to clog up more when unused for a couple of weeks.
