I emailed Synchrony Bank to find out why I can no longer use WebConnect to download transactions into my Quicken. In part, this is the response:

In mid-May, my Amazon credit card transactions stopped downloading. I tried to reset the connection. No help.

I can no longer manually import downloaded transactions (.qfx file) into Quicken from my Amazon Store card account (Synchrony Bank).

Same here. 3 different Synchrony accounts, Amazon, Lowes and Sams. Problem seems to have something to do with the fact that Quicken wants to update all "Synchrony Bank Cards" at once.
