Nov 6, 2021 · I would not play mouse and keyboard with RDR2. Way too much navigation and walking around to be comfortable IMO. The game has pretty lenient aim assist so a controller isn't a problem. Keep in mind that RDR2 is mainly a story driven game, not a reflex based shooter.

Nov 23, 2020 · PS5 controller does not. Even with Steam beta, launched through Big picture, no luck. Other games at least receive the emulated Xbox inputs via Steam, even vibrations work. Did anyone figure out how to make the DualSense working in RDR2?

i wonder if ps5 is capable of rdr2 60fps at 4k. that could be whats holding them back. but 30fps @ 4k and 60fps @ 1080p or higher should definately be possible. the fact they did 60fps for rdr1 means they have to do it foor rdr2. they're just taking a really long time.

Jun 7, 2022 · Plug it into your ps5 and install Rdr2 on that usb. After that. Remove the usb and put it into a laptop or pc. Go to the mod website and download the files, insert those files into the usb and put those files inside rdr2. Remove the usb and put it back into the ps5. Once you open rdr2 you can access mods on that save.
Red Dead Redemption II on PS5 is absolutely beautiful.
Jun 8, 2023 · RDR2 is not running at 4k/60fps on PS5. It literally just runs the PS4 version of the game. There have been no patches or updates to change how the game runs on PS5.

Even though PS5 is locked at 30FPS I'm wondering if the dualsense wouldn't add a lot to the game with all the gun fights. Asking before I play any further. Should I stick with PC or get it cheap for PS5?

Dec 26, 2022 · On PS5 and I think Game HDR adds a lot. Many times I’m stopped stupid but how gorgeous this game looks. But you can’t trust the in game calibration menu. You have to dial it in by eye to taste really.
