Jun 9, 2021 · I bought large lots of used discs off Yahoo Japan via zenmarket. 200 discs per lot at $120USD (60¢ each + 12¢ each in shipping, averaged out). All pre-recorded with stuff still on them. Used lots of Yahoo Japan are your cheapest bet.
