I have been using it for a year and its been holding up great. I use Aeron at work and this one at home. I would say this would come 85% closer to Aeron with 1/4th price, so pretty good deal.

WEBJul 17, 2023 · I bought 2, 13 year old Mira 1's at the start of COVID for $80 (both had ripped seats), so $360 later (2 new seats) and I have great Herman Miller chairs for $220 a piece. 3 years later and both are still going strong! I actually like their Sayle better than the Aeron (and it's a good bit cheaper as well).

The padding on the Embody’s arm rest is quite comfortable, but not nearly as comfortable as the padding on the Aeron. The Aeron’s arm rest easily beats out the Embody’s. That’s pretty much the only con I have for the Embody.
