When I got home from Thursday night’s performance of Cirque du Soleil’s “Ovo” at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, I laid on my belly and bent my legs behind me and tried to touch my feet to the back of my head.

The Saturday matinee of "Songblazers," the latest show from Cirque du Soleil, has been canceled at the Saenger Theatre, but three additional performances are still planned.

Cirque du Soleil will return to perform in Hershey in March of next year. Cirque du Soleil will perform “Ovo” at the Giant Center at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21; 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 22; and 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 23.

Cirque du Soleil has announced its return to Hershey, Pennsylvania with its newly revisited high-energy and high-acrobatic production OVO.

Songblazers will be presented in partnership with Broadway Dallas and the State Fair of Texas at the Music Hall at Fair Park for 33 performances

Cirque du Soleil will bring its "OVO" show performances to the Giant Center in Hershey next spring. "OVO," meaning egg in Portuguese, is a spectacle that involves performers dressed as insects, including ants, a dragonfly, butterflies and crickets, to name a few.

Cirque Du Soleil is one of those attractions that is not easily explained because it has elements from many entertainment genres. Their shows have a very theatrical quality to them while melding circus elements in as well.

Cirque du Soleil will delight Cleveland audiences with a physic-defying performance of "Ovo," animating the lives of bugs.
