One of my favorite things to do at Walt Disney World is to take advantage of the tours to learn behind the scenes facts and get a sneak peek of backstage areas.

Lewiston is hosting events today through Saturday to celebrate the 100th wedding anniversary of Walt Disney and local woman Lillian Bounds. Events for “Century of Love” include live music, a costume contest, a parade and a presentation on Bounds.

Parade times will be 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. and it will start on Main Street then travel back to Frontierland, a reversal of the usual course for Magic Kingdom parades. This will “allow for better guest flow at the end of the night,” according to the official Disney Parks Blog.
