Roki Sasaki is coming to MLB. After an evidently years-long battle with his NPB team, the Chiba Lotte Marines, they've agreed to post their 23-year-old ace and allow him to make the transfer to the States as an amateur free agent.

The Dodgers are viewed as the favorites to sign Sasaki. But based on his conversations with league sources, Jim Bowden doesn't agree.
