In Saginaw, locals can celebrate Black History Month at The Castle Museum of Saginaw County History. At noon Feb. 11, Lunch and Learn, a series discussing African American History and labor with an emphasis on Saginaw will feature a panel of local experts. The Castle Museum is located at 500 Federal Ave.
