A Wake County judge denied bond Monday afternoon for suspected road rage killer, 32-year-old Josue Quintanilla Reyes, who’s also wanted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for illegal immigration.

Ricardo Baez, the 35-year-old shot to death in a suspected case of road rage, leaves behind three brothers and two children, a 12-year-old son and an 8-year-old daughter. “Receiving that phone call was the most terrifying moment of my life,” said Ramon Baez, Ricardo’s oldest brother.
