Storm Blair has come to Kentucky and the National Weather Service is predicting inches of snow in several areas.

Louisville Free Public Library locations have served as warming centers in the past. However, a representative for the library employees' union said the city should not have had staff come in during the storm and ignored a new policy that mandates school closures and other factors be taken into consideration when determining whether to open.
