A federal judge in New York issued an order Thursday stating Jay-Z's attorney engaged in "ad hominem" and "inflammatory" attacks against Tony Buzbee.

While everyone was celebrating the holiday, it seems like Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter had a special gift for Texas attorney Tony Buzbee...in the form of a lawsuit.

A civil lawsuit against Diddy and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter— alleging the rappers raped a 13-year-old Jane Doe in 2000— has gotten messy over the weeks. Ironically, the Texas attorney is now facing a Jane Doe of his own in a new lawsuit against him.

Tony Buzbee just received a small victory in court, according to reporter, Meghann Cuniff. As we previously reported, Jay-Z’s legal team filed paperwork earlier this month for the plaintiff to reveal her identity.
