Tamil star Rajinikanth recently released his first statement after he was discharged from the hospital, where he had undergone a planned procedure. In a special note that the megastar shared, he thanked his well-wishers for praying for his recovery and for sharing all his love with love.

Rajinikanth was admitted to Apollo Hospitals in Chennai on September 30 to treat swelling in his aorta, which was managed through a non-surgical transcatheter procedure. After his discharge, the superstar released his statement,
