New network owner David Ellison and CBS News editor-in-chief Bari Weiss are looking to trim the fat at the struggling channel.

Frankie Gist, 30, pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to two counts of misdemeanor larceny, according to court records. Police were alerted after the victims turned up at local hospitals with gunshot wounds.
