Earl Abernathy found a 7-month-old baby car seat in the steps of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church after she was carjacked, and was reunited with her family at the hospital.

"Golden Valley, Crystal, and New Hope issued a boil water order for all water users until further notice," the alert reads.
