U.S. Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine promised that medically changing kids’ genders will soon be normalized as an invited speaker at a speaking engagement in Connecticut.

In March of the same year, Dr. Rachel Levine won confirmation by the Senate to lead the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps as the assistant secretary for health.
