Adani Power Jharkhand Limited (APJL), a subsidiary of Adani Power, has issued a warning to discontinue electricity supply to Bangladesh if dues totalling nearly $850 million (around Rs 7,200 crore) are not cleared by 7 November,

The company has given Bangladesh a deadline of November 7 for the fulfillment of the unpaid dues amounting to $846 million.

Adani has been pressing the interim government to pay the dues since they took charge after the ouster of then prime minister Sheikh Hasina.
