A Notre Dame offensive lineman was injured over 4th of July weekend and underwent surgery following a UTV accident.

Notre Dame offensive lineman Charles Jagusah fractured the humerus bone in his left arm in a UTV accident, Notre Dame announced Sunday. This is the second straight offseason that Jagusah, who is expected to start at right guard for the Fighting Irish in 2025,

The easiest answer to replace Jagusah would be sliding backup guard Sullivan Absher inside. At 6-8 and 328 pounds, Absher has spent time at offensive tackle and guard during his time in South Bend. While his pass protection issues have kicked him inside, his run blocking upside is still immense. Absher would be an exciting option to fill in.
