The NHL announced its “Three Stars” of the week ending December 29, presented by GEICO, with Winnipeg Jets center Mark Scheifele, Buffalo Sabres defenseman Rasmus Dahlin, and Columbus Blue Jackets defenseman Zach Werenski earning top honors for their outstanding performances.

Werenski tied for the NHL lead with seven assists and seven points while playing 24:46 per game in three contests
