Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for a "strong response" from international partners to North Korea's involvement in Russia's war against Ukraine, citing evidence that Pyongyang has begun sending troops.

Speaking in his nightly video address, Zelenskiy said there was ample satellite and video evidence that North Korea was sending not only equipment to Russia, but also soldiers to be prepared for deployment.
