Expedition 33 dropped a new trailer and cast reveal showing a star-studded line up that has me even more hyped for this Xbox Game Pass launch.

And Microsoft's decision here also seems to be part of a pattern. The company temporarily removed its $1 offer ahead of Starfield's splashy release in 2023, too. But, remember that you don't need Game Pass to play Black Ops 6. You can buy it on Steam and from the PlayStation store, too, when the game releases on October 25.

The wait is almost over for the next Call of Duty game, and subscribers can play it on day one. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is the first game in popular shooter franchise Activision Blizzard to be released after being bought by Microsoft in 2023.

The eclectic mix of stuff coming to Xbox Game Pass over the next few weeks includes some Call of Duty games, some nasty zombies, StarCraft, a South Park RPG, and a wonderful indie game about a growing hole.
