Man struck, killed by NJ Transit train
A man was fatally struck by an NJ Transit train on Saturday afternoon in Monmouth County, officials said. The pedestrian, whose name was not immediately disclosed, was struck by a North Jersey Coast Line train at the Monmouth Street crossing in Red Bank at approximately 1:31 p.m. Saturday, according to NJ Transit.
