A mother and her two children have died in a blaze that destroyed their home in Stroud on Boxing Day. The father, a serving police officer with Gloucestershire Constabulary, was able to escape and was taken to hospital.

Anthony Joshua’s promoter, Matchroom Boxing, said he was in “stable condition” after the Monday accident, which killed his friends and team members, Sina Ghami and Latif Ayodele.
