Starship has flown five times to date — in April and November of 2023 and March, June and October of this year. During the most recent flight, which occurred on Oct. 13, SpaceX successfully landed Super Heavy back on the launch pad, catching the giant booster with the "chopstick" arms of Starbase's launch tower.

SpaceX Starship flight 6 plans to launch in 6 days on November 18, 2024. They will be performing a similar flight to flight 5 but have made changes to the heat shield and other systems. The booster should return for a catch but if anything is going wrong it will be aborted.

SpaceX is keeping the launch machine rolling with another Starlink mission from the Space Coast on Thursday morning.
