Major League Baseball announced Tuesday that he’s received a 10-game suspension for throwing a bat during a game with the Tacoma Rainiers, the Seattle Mariners’ Triple-A team.

Seattle Mariners outfielder Victor Robles was ejected from a Triple-A game on Sunday after throwing his bat at a pitcher who nearly hit him with a fastball.

Officials with the town and police department have said federal authorities previously told them Evans was legally authorized to work in the U.S.
