Advent Reaches Deal for Duke’s Mayo Owner Sauer Brands
Buyout firm Advent International has agreed to acquire Sauer Brands Inc., the owner of the Duke’s mayonnaise brand, from Falfurrias Capital Partners, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
