Toyota 'Suprabird' Pays Tribute to Richard Petty at the 2024 SEMA Show
Toyota brand ambassador and former Top Gear USA host Rutledge Wood came up with the idea of blending a GR Supra with the most famous of Petty cars, Richard Petty's 1970 Plymouth Superbird. "The vision was to re-create the aesthetic of the iconic Superbird in the form of a modern-day GR Supra," Wood says.

At the SEMA show in Las Vegas, this 'Suprabird' made its debut. The brainchild of former Top Gear USA host Rutledge Wood, the car is a Toyota GR Supra dressed up Plymouth Superbird style, to honor Richard Petty. Scroll through for a full look at the car.
