NFL insider Albert Breer made it clear that the Philadelphia Eagles have taken a major gamble in the 2025 draft with Jihaad Campbell.

The Eagles used a sixth-round pick on McCord, a St. Joseph’s Prep grad who led the nation and set an ACC record in passing yards (4,779) while completing 66% of his passes. Thompson-Robinson has been underwhelming in limited playing time, and it’s hard to imagine he’s not fourth on the chart right now.

The 2025 NFL draft is over, and the Eagles again dominated the board. They turned eight picks into 10 while landing the best linebacker and a dynamic safety capable of playing in the slot.
