DECATUR, GA — MARTA police announce they’ve charged a third suspect in the shooting death of bus driver Leroy Ramos. The 47-year-old Ramos and three juveniles got into an altercation last Friday evening in the bus loop at the Decatur Station. Two of the suspects were immediately arrested and charged with murder.
