In a move to focus more on growing the Jack in the Box Brand, the San Diego-based company is also mulling selling Del Taco.

Hamburger chain Jack in the Box said Wednesday that up to 120 of those closures could come this year, after same-store sales declined 4.4% in Q2 2025.

The company also plans to close about 150 to 200 underperforming restaurants, starting with 80 to 120 restaurant exits by the end of 2025.
