XI Racing co-owners Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan, along with Front Row Motorsports owner Bob Jenkins and NASCAR Chairman Jim France attended Monday's court session.

XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports squared off against NASCAR in court on Monday as the motion for preliminary injunction was heard by District Judge Frank D. Whitney in Charlotte.

The first injunction requests the judge order NASCAR to grant 23XI and Front Row charters over the course of the lawsuit due to the irreparable harm of racing without one.
