The First Alert Weather Team is tracking a tropical disturbance moving across Central and Northern Florida. Here’s what you can expect for the First Alert Weather forecast in Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia:

WPBF Channel 25 on MSNTracking storms Wednesday afternoon and evening across South FloridaSouth Florida will see partly cloudy skies Wednesday with highs of about 90 degrees. It will be humid with a chance of scattered storms Wednesday afternoon and evening. On Thursday, a little extra moisture will invade the area, with impact weather possible. The weekend will be hot, sunny and dry with highs in the low 90s.
Forecasters are continuing to track a disturbance off the Southeast U.S, which has low chance of formation in the next seven days and is not likely to impact Louisiana. Forecasters now give the disturbance a 30% chance of forming as of 7 a.m. Tuesday.
There's a chance the storm could form within the next 48 hours. Even if it doesn't, Florida is expecting heavy rain.
