Kyler Murray is officially on the inactive list for the Arizona Cardinals’ Monday Night Football game against the Dallas Cowboys.

The Cowboys pulled off a blockbuster trade on NFL trade deadline day in acquiring a three-time Pro Bowler from the New York Jets.

Both the Dallas Cowboys ' defensive overhaul and the New York Jets ' teardown continued Tuesday, with New York sending three-time Pro Bowl defensive lineman Quinnen Williams to Dallas in exchange for a 2027 first-round pick, a 2026 second-round pick and defensive lineman Mazi Smith, as reported by CBS Sports senior NFL insider Jonathan Jones.

The Cowboys traded for Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams and Bengals linebacker Logan Wilson on Tuesday, sending back defensive tackle Mazi Smith and future draft picks. With the extra spot on the roster the Cowboys announced that they’re waiving backup running back Malik Davis.

The Dallas Cowboys agreed to trade a seventh-round pick in the NFL Draft to the Cincinnati Bengals for linebacker Logan Wilson, the teams announced Tuesday.

The Dallas Cowboys had a busy Tuesday before the NFL trade deadline. However, head coach Brian Schottenheimer had even more news for fans after the deadline.

The only notable hiccup for the Cardinals came when Pat O'Donnell had a punt blocked in the second quarter, leading to a Cowboys touchdown. Outside of that play, Dallas didn't do much offensively. Ryan Flournoy caught a late touchdown pass, but it only cut the deficit to 10 in the fourth quarter, and Dallas never got closer.
