Seiya Suzuki had two hits and three RBIs and the host Chicago Cubs beat Cleveland on Wednesday, handing the Guardians their sixth straight loss.

Cantillo made eight starts for the Guardians last year but did not face the Cubs. He made 21 relief appearances for them this year before being sent down about a month ago. His max pitch count in those 21 appearances was 55, back in April, and in four starts at Columbus his max pitch count was 62. So he’s likely on a pitch limit tonight.
