Friendly staff in lounge and redcaps. Busy place but found it relaxing Great trip to Chicago on lake shore Ltd. Food and staff excellent. Had a bedroom and plenty of room, even with 2 large suitcases Full review by Paradise03776003608

They now have a digital gate system to exit and enter. Scan on your phone. Bathrooms are not very great! Waiting area has beaches for passengers to sit. Huge digital board with arrival and depart… Full review by EFW2014
