What is the difference between "skip the line" and "Priority access with Host" ? Also is an elevator used for both of these types of tours to the 2nd level?

No difference from what I can see. Whilst we were in low season and not many tourists we always were ushered straight in past any waiting lines of other tourists. No elevators.

Their tours are great and the guides are excellent. I enjoyed the Louvre tour, Versailles, and we also did a castle tour that was all day.
