Can you take a towel and put it on a sun lounger in the waterpark or is this only available for hotel guests? Also can you take your phone in with you?

I saw lots of people place a towel on lounger, not all hotel guests. And we had our phones with us all the time.
Can you go in and outside as and when you like? & is that included in a standard day ticket?

Yes, the Waterworld ticket includes both inside and outside. You can buy 3 hour, afternoon or a day ticket. What is not included is the Sauna World, that’s extra.
