Subsistence for sure, the camera alone is worth it. Plus there are extras including cutscenes, outfits, games, and outtakes.

Subsistence also comes with the original PC release of the OG Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2 as a special bonus, so Subsistence definitely is the better version.
